From 2020 to 2023, a total of 3,050 customers registered, averaging about 63.5 new registrations per month. Registrations peaked in August 2023 with 84 new customers, while the lowest point was September 2022 with just 42 registrations. The line chart shows the full month-by-month trend, and the bar chart breaks down totals by year, giving you both a detailed and high-level view of registration growth over the four-year period.
Customer concentration is highest in Greater Cairo, which accounts for 1,393 customers (45.7% of the total). At the city level, Cairo alone has 860 customers (28.2%), followed by Giza with 533 (17.5%) and Alexandria with 414 (13.6%).
The analysis generated a bar chart and a pie chart showing how customers are spread across different loyalty tiers, along with a data table breaking down the counts and percentages. These visuals let you clearly see which tier has the most customers and how the shares compare across all tiers.
The analysis visualizes how customer ages, calculated from birth dates, vary across different loyalty tiers. A box plot shows the spread, median, and range of ages within each tier, while a histogram compares the overall age distributions by tier using overlapping bars. Together these charts let you see which loyalty tiers tend to attract older or younger customers and how much variation exists within each group.
Bronze is the most common loyalty tier across every region, though its dominance varies. Alexandria has the highest concentration of Bronze customers at 54.1%, while Canal Zone has the most balanced mix with Bronze at 45.6%. Upper Egypt also shows a more even distribution with Bronze at just 48.1%. Two charts were created to help visualize this: one showing the percentage breakdown of loyalty tiers within each region, and another showing the actual customer counts by tier and region.
Overall, 12.52% of customer records are missing an email address. South Sinai stands out with the highest missing rate at 25% (7 of 28 records), notably higher than the overall average. The generated charts and tables break down the missing email rate by region and loyalty tier, making it easy to spot which segments need data cleanup the most.
The analysis identified the top 10 cities by customer count and calculated each city's percentage share of the total customer base. A horizontal bar chart was created showing these cities ranked by customer count, with percentage labels displayed on each bar for easy comparison.
Out of 3,050 phone number records, 100 (3.28%) were flagged as anomalous. All of these anomalies were due to duplicate phone numbers shared across multiple customers. Good news: no records had incorrect length or invalid prefixes—every phone number matched the standard 11-digit Egyptian mobile format with a valid prefix (010, 011, 012, or 015).
The analysis breaks down your customer base by gender within each loyalty tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, etc.). Two stacked bar charts were generated: one showing the percentage split of Male vs Female customers in each tier, and another showing the actual customer counts by gender across tiers. Along with the charts, detailed data tables were produced showing the exact breakdown for each loyalty tier.
Analyzing customer registration dates shows clear patterns by both day of week and month. Thursday is the busiest day for new registrations with 475 sign-ups, while Saturday is the quietest with 405. Looking at seasonality, November stands out as the peak month with 281 registrations, whereas September sees the fewest at 219. A heatmap was created showing the combined view of registrations across months and days of the week, making it easy to spot specific hotspots—like particular month-day combinations that could be ideal for targeted marketing campaigns.
