This report evaluates accreditation scoring data across 5,211 records and uncovers a critical data quality issue—only 0.12% of records contain valid…
Out of 5,211 total records, only 6 have valid scoring data — that's just 0.12%. The remaining 5,205 records (99.88%) are missing scores. A pie chart has been generated to visually illustrate this breakdown.
The analysis identified the accreditation bodies with the highest average scores across their evaluations. A bar chart has been generated showing the top performers ranked by their average score, along with the number of evaluations each body has conducted.
The analysis identified the accreditation bodies handling the largest volume of evaluations. A bar chart has been generated showing the top 10 bodies ranked by their total number of evaluations, with color intensity indicating relative volume. Data tables are also available with the detailed breakdown.
Out of 6 scored records analyzed, only 1 record achieves an exceptionally high score significantly above average. The exceptional threshold was set at 3.39 (mean + 1 standard deviation), and record ID 10348 from NAAC stands out with a score of 3.88. Two visualizations and several data tables were generated to illustrate the score distribution and top performers.
The analysis examined 6 valid accreditation scores (out of a maximum of 5). The typical performance benchmark sits at a median of 2.58, meaning half of institutions score below this and half above. Two visualizations were generated: a histogram showing the overall distribution of scores with mean and median markers, and a box plot breaking down scores by accreditation body. The scores are relatively tightly clustered, with the middle 50% of institutions falling between 2.49 and 2.91.
Among the top accreditation bodies in the dataset, only NAAC had enough scored records to analyze — with 6 scored entries. Two visualizations were generated: a box plot showing NAAC's score distribution and a grouped bar chart comparing its mean score vs. standard deviation. NAAC has a mean score of 2.753 and a standard deviation of 0.639, giving a coefficient of variation (CV) of 0.232, which indicates moderate variability relative to its average.
The analysis grouped scores by their maximum score scale and computed comprehensive statistics. Only one max score group exists in the dataset — institutions using a 5.0 scale — with 6 records total. A bar chart and data table were generated showing the mean score with standard deviation error bars.
The IQR analysis on records where has score is true identified just 1 outlier score in the dataset. With Q1 = 2.49 and Q3 = 2.91, the IQR is 0.42, giving a lower bound of 1.86 and an upper bound of 3.54. The single outlier is record ID 10348, which has a score of 3.88 — exceeding the upper bound — and belongs to the NAAC accreditation body. Two visualizations were generated: a bar chart showing outlier counts by accreditation body and a box plot displaying the full score distribution with the outlier highlighted.
A data table was generated showing the scoring coverage breakdown by accreditation body. The table displays scored vs. unscored record counts and percentages for each accreditation body, sorted by lowest coverage rates so you can quickly identify which bodies have the least scoring data available.
The analysis normalized scores across accreditation bodies by computing (score / max score × 100) for all valid records. With 6 valid records belonging to a single accreditation body, the ranking comparison between raw and normalized scores shows no difference — there's only one body to rank. Two bar/line charts were generated comparing average raw vs. normalized scores and their respective rankings, along with supporting data tables.
