This analysis breaks down over $3 million in transactions from January to February 2026, revealing which payment methods, customers, and account…

The analysis breaks down Net Amount totals and transaction counts across each payment Method. A bar chart shows the total Net Amount for each method, letting you see which methods handle the most money, while a pie chart shows how transaction counts are distributed proportionally across the different methods. A detailed table is also available with the exact figures for each method.

The total Net Amount across all daily transactions from January 2, 2026 to February 10, 2026 was $3,236,953.58, averaging about $80,923.84 per active day. The line chart shows how daily totals fluctuated over this period, with a notable spike on January 7, 2026 reaching $235,636.56, and a low point on January 31, 2026 at just $4,993.76.

Metro Traders is the highest-generating customer/vendor with a total Net Amount of $722,491.58, closely followed by CloudHost at $710,649.10. A bar chart highlights the top 10 customers/vendors ranked by their total Net Amount contribution.

Sales Revenue is the top contributing account for both Net Amount and GST, with a total Net Amount of $2,105,281.66 and GST of $321,144.66.

The Net Amount splits between two transaction statuses: Pending accounts for 59.56% ($1,927,812.02) and Paid accounts for 40.44% ($1,309,141.56) of the total Net Amount.

The analysis compared categories by total Net Amount and average transaction value, generating two charts and a data table showing category-level breakdowns. The bar charts display which category contributes the most overall revenue (Total Net Amount) and which category has the highest average transaction value, letting you see both the volume driver and the value driver at a glance.

Using the IQR method on the Net Amount column, no statistical outliers were found. The acceptable range was calculated as -150,321.68 to 314,072.05, and all transactions in the dataset fall within these bounds, meaning there are no unusually high or low Net Amount values compared to the rest of the data.

After checking every transaction, no anomalies were found. All Net Amount values matched the expected calculation (Quantity × Unit Price + GST) within a reasonable tolerance, and no transaction had both Debit and Credit values set at the same time.

The correlation matrix among Qty, Unit Price, GST, Debit, Credit, and Net Amount reveals that GST and Net Amount have a perfect positive correlation (1.000), meaning they move together exactly. The strongest negative correlation is between Debit and Credit (-0.426), suggesting that when one increases, the other tends to decrease. A heatmap was generated to visually display all these relationships using a color scale.

The analysis ranked all Customer/Vendor entries by their total Debit and total Credit amounts, identifying the top 5 parties in each category. A grouped bar chart visualizes these top 5 debit and top 5 credit parties side-by-side, along with supporting data tables, making it easy to see which parties carry the largest debit balances versus which carry the largest credit balances.
