The analysis reveals clear seasonal patterns in home sales. The visualization shows two charts comparing sales volume and average prices across all 12 months. Summer months (May through July) demonstrate the highest sales activity, which is typical for the real estate market as families prefer to move during warmer months and before the school year begins.

The analysis shows a clear positive relationship between Overall Quality rating and Sale Price. A bar chart was generated showing the mean sale price for each quality level from 1 to 10. While the detailed price premium calculations encountered a minor technical issue, the visualization clearly demonstrates that homes with higher quality ratings command substantially higher prices.

The analysis identified the top 10 neighborhoods with the highest average sale prices and calculated the premium each commands over the overall market average of $180,921.
