The data partially supports the idea that lower bitterness and acidity correlate with higher personal preference, but the relationship is mixed. Lower bitterness does show a modest negative correlation with preference (-0.252), meaning people tend to prefer less bitter coffees. However, acidity shows almost no meaningful relationship (0.075), meaning lower acidity doesn't clearly lead to higher preference scores.

The analysis explored how much people spend on coffee equipment relates to their perceptions of whether that equipment is worth it (value equipment) and whether café coffee is worth it (value cafe).
