Calendar events remain fairly consistent across the years, averaging about 142 events per year from 1900 to 2100. The peak occurred in 1933 with 150 events, while the lowest count was 138 events in 1905. Overall, the trend shows minor fluctuations rather than any major upward or downward pattern.

Looking at the entire calendar period from 1900-2100, 'Somavati Amavasya' is the most frequently occurring festival title with 218 occurrences. It's followed closely by a group of festivals that each appear 201 times, including Onam, Parsva Ekadashi, Agastya Arghya, Radha Ashtami, Balarama Jayanti, Rishi Panchami, Ganesh Chaturthi, Hartalika Teej, and Aja Ekadashi.

Certain tithi (lunar day) phases stand out as hotspots for named festivals and observances. Shukla Purnima (full moon in the waxing phase) tops the list with 5,099 festival entries, followed by Shukla Ekadashi (2,921) and Krishna Ekadashi (2,711). Krishna Amavasya (new moon in the waning phase) and Shukla Pratipada round out the top five. This pattern shows that full moon, new moon, and the 11th lunar day (Ekadashi) in both lunar fortnights carry the greatest ritual and cultural significance, making them the most common days for celebrations and religious observances.

Chaitra is the Hindu month with the highest concentration of significant events, recording 4,077 total events across 37 distinct event types between 1900-2100. It's followed by Kartika (3,561 events), Bhadrapada (3,270 events), Ashwina (3,230 events), and Shravana (2,179 events).

Festival occurrences across the Gregorian calendar show a clear seasonal pattern rather than an even spread. Out of 28,515 total festival entries analyzed, October stands out as the busiest month with 3,880 entries (13.61% of all festivals), while July is the quietest with just 1,480 entries (5.19%). This suggests festival activity clusters heavily around certain times of year, likely tied to major Hindu calendar events and seasonal observances, with a noticeable dip during mid-year months like July. A bar chart was generated showing the distribution of festival counts across all 12 months, making it easy to see these peaks and valleys at a glance.

Looking at major Indian festivals from 1900-2100, they are fairly evenly spread across the week, with a slight lean toward mid-week days. Thursday has the most occurrences (678), while Monday has the fewest (614). This near-even distribution means most festivals don't cluster heavily on weekends or specific weekdays, so planning should account for festivals appearing regularly throughout the work week.

Using the 1.5x IQR method, the typical yearly event count falls between 135.5 and 147.5, with an overall average of 141.9 events per year. Three years fell outside this normal range, marking them as statistically unusual (either unusually high or low) compared to the rest of the dataset.

Chaitra stands out as the most diverse Hindu month with 37 unique festival titles across 4,077 total events, showing a wide variety of distinct celebrations. Kartika, meanwhile, has the highest recurrence ratio (127.18), meaning its 28 unique festivals repeat very frequently, totaling 3,561 events. The regular (non-Adhika/leap) months generally show far more festival activity and diversity than the Adhika (intercalary) months, which have far fewer unique titles and events overall.

The analysis compared how often Ekadashi-related titles occur on each weekday versus the overall distribution of all events. Out of 28,515 total events, 5,431 (about 19%) are Ekadashi-related. Two charts were generated: one comparing the percentage distribution of Ekadashi events versus all events across each weekday, and another showing an over-representation ratio that highlights which weekdays see Ekadashi observances more or less often than expected based on the general event pattern. Several data tables were also produced showing the detailed counts, percentages, and ranking for each weekday.

Analyzing 28,515 Hindu calendar events across a Gregorian day-of-month scale (1-31), events are fairly evenly spread but show a mild clustering around the middle of the month. Day 14 has the highest count with 1,620 events (5.68%), followed closely by days 16, 15, 17, and 13 — all in the 13-17 range. This suggests moderate clustering around mid-month days rather than at the very start, 11th, 15th specifically, or end of month. Interestingly, day 15 (often significant in Hindu calendars as a full/new moon reference point) does rank among the top days at 4.96%. Days 30 and 31 have noticeably fewer events (2.67% and 1.8% respectively), partly because not every month has those days. Overall, the distribution reflects the natural drift of Hindu lunar tithis relative to the fixed Gregorian calendar, preventing strong concentration on any single day.
